13th August 2003	Important Announcement
	The Bedworth RCCC Committee have recently introduced a new rule regarding eligibility to race in the 27 turn Stock Touring class. Anyone who has finished in the top 3 in the last TWO Bedworth Championships (Wed Eve, Summer and Winter Series) will have to race in the 19 turn class for the next Championship. This rule only applies to the top 3 finishers in the 27 turn Stock class. Discuss this rule on the forum

	Glorious sunshine and warm temperatures greeted the TORC racers for round 8 of the series at Bedworth. Top qualifiers in each class were Nick Bruty (27turn), Mike Leavesley (19turn) and Olly Jefferies (12turn). View the Results for Round 8
30th July 2003	Evening Series Rd12: Hastie wins by ˝ second
	It was close racing at the sharp end of the Stock class as Tim and Adi battled it out in Round 3. It was Tim who squeezed to victory ahead of Adi with the ever-improving Ben Smith in 3rd. In Modified, Luke Burr took the win with a quick time of 20/303. View the Results for Round 12

16th July 2003	Evening Series Rd10: Tim is just too Hastie for the pack!
	Another week, another upset in the Stock class... HPI Pro 3 driver Tim Hastie grabbed FTD with a convincing win, setting a new PB at the same time. Recent TC3 convert Paul Retmanski was 2nd and current Stock champ Nick Bruty in 3rd. In the modified class, it was business as usual for Bob Burr who took the win and Luke Burr took the honours in the 19 turn class. View the Results
13th July 2003	13th July Club Meeting: New Format proves popular
	The club meeting held on Sunday 13th July where the format was 3 x 3 min heats followed by 3 x 5 min finals proved to be popular amongst the 27 racers in attendance. 9th July 2003	Rd 9: Adi gets his first win & Traversoni returns!
	In the Stock class, Adi Wright provided the upset of the night by ending current Stock Champ Nick Bruty's run of consecutive wins. Nick settled for 2nd place with Tim Hastie in 3rd. In modified, Mark Traversoni returned taking FTD in the modified class with 20 laps in 311. View the results
5th July 2003	Bedworth RCCC attend Exhall Grange Annual Show
	Members of Bedworth Radio Controlled Car Club recently attended the annual Exhall Grange School show. We were given a fenced off tarmac area to demonstrate the cars to the passing public. Thanks to all members who attended.

26th May 2003	Summer Series: Over 40 drivers attend Round 2
	It stayed dry for round 2 of the Bedworth Summer Series where Fastest Lap Qualifying made for some interesting grid starts for the 3 leg Finals. In Stock, Adi Wright & Nick Bruty shared the points. In the 19 turn class, Howard Harrison & John Davie also shared the points and in Modified, Bob Burr took the win, showing son Luke he can still show these young guns a thing or two! 	An excellent start to this new Club Series with over 60 drivers entering. There were several 'A' Team drivers in attendance including David Spashett, Chris Ashton and Adam Rogers, all using the first round as a practise meeting for Nationals later on in the year. 	The 5th and final round of the 2002/03 Bedworth Winter Series took place on 16th March. Nick Bruty was crowned Stock Champion once again, with Tim Hastie and Adi Wright taking 2nd and 3rd respectively. 2nd March 2003	Pirelli British Rally Championship Live Event
	Members of Bedworth Radio Controlled Car Club attended the Pirelli British Rally Championship Live event on Sunday 2nd March at the Bermuda Park Estate, Nuneaton. There were many famous faces there including TV's Mike Brewer ("Deals on Wheels", "Driven" etc.) who found time to visit the Bedworth RCCC stand (see picture). 	The BRCCC annual disco takes place on Saturday 22nd February in the Rugby Club. All previous DISCO nights have been a real hit with members and their families. Tickets are available from any of the Committee members and are priced at just Ł4 (this includes a buffet). See you there!

19th January 2003	Bruty & Traversoni lead Winter Series Leagues
	Regular Bedworth racer Nick Bruty currently leads the Stock League in 2002/03 Winter Series after three rounds. In the Modified class, it's Mark Traversoni who heads the league with his TC3. 29th December 2002	Bedworth Fun Day Success!
	A great day was had by all on 29th December at the Bedworth RCCC Fun Day. Despite the wet weather which lasted all day, the meeting still went ahead with plenty of newcomers taking to the track for the very first time. Selection boxes were given to everyone who raced with medals being presented to the top two in each final. Thanks to everyone who attended and helped out. We already have plans to hold another Beginners/Fun Day Meeting in the Summer of 2003! View the Results
8th December 2002	Motor Zappers Banned
	The Bedworth committee have banned all use of ‘Motor Zappers’ at the track on safety grounds. Anyone found using a motor zapper at the track will be asked to leave.
18th November 2002	Winter Series 2002/03
	This years winter series got off to a flying start with a new format, the drivers have elected to have three rounds of qualifying and two finals. The points have also changed this year with no bonus point for qualifying, so a perfect score is now 200.
20th October 2002	Annual General Meeting
	The AGM took place at the Rugby Club on 20th October. A new committee was voted in. This year sees a few new faces joining the committee. To view the new members of the Committee, click here.
